BEClimate has launched BEVerify, a dedicated registry designed to connect building decarbonization projects with global carbon markets. Developed by BEClimate, powered by Quidos and delivered with Xpansiv, the platform aims to unlock finance for energy-efficiency upgrades in schools, care homes and commercial properties, where energy savings alone often fail to justify upfront costs. BEVerify converts verified improvements in building performance into auditable carbon assets, allowing owners to include carbon-credit revenue in project economics from the outset. Its digital measurement, reporting and verification system uses continuous asset-level monitoring and has demonstrated reduction-to-issuance times measured in minutes rather than months. The automated verification model is intended to reduce administrative delays while preserving a traceable digital audit trail. Combining BEClimate’s built-environment methodology with Xpansiv’s cloud-native, API-driven registry infrastructure, BEVerify is designed to support audit-grade traceability and interoperability with other registries and emerging Article 6 and CORSIA programs, while offering buyers tangible, localized emissions reductions.
